• Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
• Shipping Time: After processing, orders are delivered within 3-7 business days depending on the destination.
• Delays: External factors such as weather, courier issues, or holidays may affect delivery timelines. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking ID to monitor the status of your package.

4. Address & Delivery Guidelines

• Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address to avoid delays.
• If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
