Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used medicines and health supplements (due to safety and hygiene concerns).
• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

Refunds will be processed within 3 days after the returned product passes inspection.

Refund Methods:

• Online Payments: If paid via credit/debit card, net banking, or UPI, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be transferred to your bank account after verification.

Refund Exceptions:

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
